Frederic joined the Knight Frank Residential Development team in September 2015, to assist in the evaluation of residential
development schemes within the City of London, East London, Essex, North Kent and East Anglia.
The majority of the work to date has focused on Land Agency, Acquisitions and Valuation work, whilst also contributing to other
service lines which the department offers, including Development Consultancy.
Since join Knight Frank, Frederic has worked with a number of parties, including investors, developers, house-builders and local
authorities. He has been exposed to various elements of the Residential Development industry, including sales and marketing
advice for both small and large-scale schemes across City and East London, negotiated and developed offers for land on various
scales.
Frederic is currently working towards qualification and hopes to sit his APC in October 2017. Competencies include site
inspection, development appraisals, measurement, purchase and sale. He regularly attends CPD events and lectures, which ties
into his APC preparation.
