Francesca is a Partner in the London Lease Advisory team. She specialises in providing strategic advice to owners on office premises throughout London with a particular focus on the core West End submarkets where she undertakes rent reviews, lease regears and renewals.
She advises clients on all aspects of the lease event process from budgeting exercises to negotiation and settlement of cases, as well as wider asset management initiatives. Key clients include Grosvenor, GPE, Landsec and Trinova RE.
