Declan is the leading office agency adviser in Ireland, transacting in excess of 10 million sq. ft. on behalf of both landlords and occupiers. Declan is a Director of Knight Frank, having co-founded HT Meagher O’Reilly (now Knight Frank) in 2004.
Declan is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, Society of Chartered Surveyors and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. For 30 years he has been a key adviser to the country’s leading developers, institutions and occupiers.
He has advised on the largest leasing and sales transactions in the state which include Central Park, Grand Canal Square, LXV, Park Place, Spencer Dock and Miesian Plaza. Declan has represented clients including KPMG, eBay, Irish Life Investment and Davy., IPUT, RGRE, Hibernia Reit, Clancourt Group, Hines and Green Reit.
