Daniel Serfontein

Daniel joined Knight Frank, Newcastle in 2014 as a placement student. During his time in the Newcastle office, he worked in Office Agency and Capital Markets departments. During his time in Newcastle, Daniel was also a committee member for the RICS Matrics assisting in the organisation of networking and CPD events. Daniel then moved to the Knight Frank graduate scheme in London, during his time he worked in in valuations and capital markets. He joined the Capital Markets Out of Town Retail & Leisure team in March 2017, where he is now a permanent member.



Daniel has been involved in multi-let leisure scheme transactions including the sale of Broadway Plaza, Birmingham; the sale of The Parkway, Bury St Edmunds and the sale of Feethams, Darlington. He also acquired the B&Q, Sunderland for The Hanro Group and assisted with the sale of Matalan, Bury St Edmunds on behalf of CBRE GI.
