Catherine Purkiss joined Knight Frank in March 2016 on the Student Property Valuation team, producing in-depth research documents for clients and providing support on valuation appraisals and valuation reports. Catherine has worked in the student accommodation sector since 2010, working at an investor-developer and during this time attained an MSc in International Real Estate. Catherine has gained extensive experience of student property both in the UK and in Europe and has spent time working in France and Spain.
