Since joining the Knight Frank Industrial team in 2009, Ben has amassed an enviable track record of major sales and leasing transactions across the Port of Brisbane and Australia TradeCoast Precincts. With 15 years’ experience in Brisbane’s industrial and commercial markets, Ben has developed strong relationships with many industrial property players (both owners and tenants) who respect and value his professional approach and trustworthy advice. Ben has completed a Bachelor of Urban Development at Queensland University of Technology, majoring in Property Economics, achieving awards across both property valuation and development principles. Ben’s strong underlying understanding of industrial property and relationships with major property players is contributing to his growing list of sales and leasing successes for his clients.
