Ashley Hudson

Ashley has in excess of 20 years' experience in the Birmingham and Midlands investment market. He has headed up Knight Frank's Birmingham Investment team since 2004 and took responsibility of the Birmingham Commercial Office in 2011.

Covering all market sectors from multi-let industrial to prime city centre offices, Ashley has concentrated on acquisitions and disposals for clients ranging from small private family trusts to major UK and overseas institutional and PE funds.

Ashley has extensive experience in the wider Midlands and city centre markets. Advising on all types of investment products has enabled him to continue to transact major investment deals year on year.
