Andrew Wood

Andrew is a Partner in the National Offices team based in 55 Baker Street. He acts exclusively for occupier clients and advises on their real estate strategy across the Greater London and South East office market in the UK. Andrew has worked in commercial property for over 15 years having also spent a number of years in Switzerland & France at DTZ, now Cushman & Wakefield.

Andrew has successfully negotiated and secured major office transactions, both on a leasehold and freehold basis, for clients across a diverse range of business sectors, including Tech, Media, FMCG, Pharma, Travel, Legal, Finance & Insurance.
