Andrea qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1992 and specialises in Property and Asset Management. She joined Knight Frank as a Senior Surveyor in May 20112 following a move from DTZ and is responsible for the management of a number of mixed use portfolios incorporating office, retail and industrial accommodation in the North East region. Prior to this, Andrea worked client side for a regional property development and investment company where she was responsible for lettings, property management and negotiating lease renewals/rent reviews of commercial property.
Andrea works closely with the client in delivering robust, integrated property management services for the portfolios by teaming property and facility management knowledge with strategic asset management advice to successfully meet client objectives. Her role is varied and includes budgeting and management of service charges, lease re-gearing day to day property management including tenant liaison and management of disputes, processing applications for assign/underlet and lease renewal/rent review within her managed portfolio.
