Alistair Carpenter has over 22 years’ experience in property valuations, consultancy advice and investment acquisition, specialising in major investments and discounted cash flow analysis in the industrial and residential market. He has also been involved in numerous large scale englobo residential acquisitions throughout NSW.
Alistair joined Knight Frank in 2019 as the Head of Valuations and Advisory NSW. He has specific expertise and experience in the valuation of major industrial investments and residential land developments within the Sydney metropolitan, Hunter, Canberra and Wollongong regions.
