This follows on from the sale of the £60m Star Portfolio to Hansteen 12 months earlier. Hansteen The sale of HPUT1 for approximately £150m comprising 40 industrial estates located throughout the UK. This was acquired by Brockton Capital and Dunedin. Legal & General The purchase of The Bishopsgate Fund for approximately £260m in an off-market transaction comprising 28 assets throughout the UK. Goldman Sachs The purchase of the 28 asset Peloton Portfolio from clients of Aberdeen Asset Managers for approximately £116m in April 2013, the purchase of a confidential portfolio from clients of Aviva for approximately £60m, the purchase of the Angel Portfolio from clients of Aberdeen Asset Managers for approximately £70m in January 2014 and the purchase of the Neon Portfolio from clients of Aviva for approximately £60m in October 2014. Co-op Bank A sale of approximately 70 RBS/Nat West branches throughout the UK for Co-op Bank and the Receiver for in the region of £80m in various packages.
