Amy is a Partner within the Leeds Property Management team and is responsible for the management of both FRI and multi-let schemes on behalf of both local and national clients.
Amy has several years’ experience working with large investment clients on varied portfolios of retail, office and industrial assets as well as mixed use schemes including residential. She has also worked with a number of private clients to provide a bespoke service focusing on adding value to assets and also provides consultancy services for clients seeking advice or assistance with regard to Property Management.
Amy has a detailed knowledge of the key areas within Property management including service charge budgeting and reconciliation, occupier and supplier liaison, arrears recovery and asset enhancement.
