Rupert Strutt is an Associate within the Student Property Agency Team. Rupert has been at Knight Frank since 2012 and joined the team in 2015 after successfully achieving MRICS status. Rupert works alongside the Head of Department, working on key disposals with lot sizes in excess of £200m. Rupert advises on transactions across all UK student markets and has been involved on projects in Birmingham, Leeds, London and Reading. Key clients include Birmingham Properties Group, Imperial College London and Lloyds Bank.
