Neir is a highly experienced Partner and operates at the forefront of Agency Sales. Listed in the Spear’s 500 Property Advisers Index, he has extensive transactional and consultancy experience in the residential sector spanning 23 years across the Central and North West London prime and super prime property markets.
Neir is responsible for running the sales department in St John's Wood, with a particular focus on the prime and super-prime markets in St John's Wood, Regent's Park, Little Venice and Prime North London. He manages an outstanding team of 7 experienced negotiators who have produced record breaking results. His impressive track record in the sales and acquisition of numerous trophy properties as well as several flagship and landmark projects in the area has led to relationships and an extensive portfolio of UHNW private clients, Family Offices and Institutional and Charitable organisations.
He is currently overseeing the marketing of over £1bn worth of assets.
