Liliana’s 15-year experience in the hotel sector encompasses a range of roles from property operation to financial advisor for various purposes, asset management and feasibility and return on investment analysis.
She has extensive experience in underwriting and analysing hotel P&Ls providing support to enable investors to fully understand the asset value and optimise value by identifying value-add opportunities through operational and financial optimization.
Liliana has significant experience with luxury assets and mixed-use developments having worked with UK and international developers, investors and operators.
Prior to her employment at Knight Frank, Liliana was an Associate Director at DTZ, where she focused on UK hotel valuations for lending purposes, and a Senior Associate at HVS, where she acquired extensive international experience in advising on mixed-use developments as well as financial feasibility studies in European markets including France, Germany, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Montenegro, Slovenia, Croatia, Russia, Belarus.
