Mike is a Proprietary Partner with 18 years’ experience in the commercial property market. Based in London, he co-heads the European Capital Markets team focussed on the pan-European office market. Mike has worked in the Knight Frank European Capital Markets Team for over 15 years and his key clients include a number of the UK domestic institutions and international investors focusing on European investment opportunities.
Mike recently advised Patrizia on the disposal of two prime office assets, one in Amsterdam’s South Axis, selling for c €130m to Aviva Investors and the second was a prime office tower in Brussels let on a long term lease to the government. The asset sold for approximately €230m to Union Investment.
