Lucy joined Knight Frank in 2019, gaining experience in agency, residential development consultancy and commercial valuations, before joining the Residential Investment team permanently in 2021.
Lucy specialises in Affordable Housing investment, working on both acquisitions and disposals of Affordable Housing within wider developments, as well as land-led 100% affordable housing transactions. The team is market leading in seeking funding for developers to de-risk schemes and masterplans. Lucy provides advice to a wide range of clients, from developers and landowners to Registered Providers and institutional investors.
The team focusses on providing expert advice to clients surrounding Affordable Housing optimisation, value-add transactions, affordable housing additionality, grant allocation and scheme design to best deliver both private and affordable tenures.
