Henry Wyld joined Knight Frank in 2009, and spent his first 5 years working in the National Offices Leasing team, advising both clients and tenants combining tenant lease advisory work. Henry’s knowledge and skill set in this field set him up well when, in 2014, he join the UK Offices Capital Markets department.
He now focuses on both investment acquisition and disposal work, ultimately in both scenarios looking to maximise returns for clients. In addition Henry now specialises in the Life Science sector, particularly in the Golden Triangle.
Henry’s experience in the Leasing market allows him to give well educated and reasoned advice to investors looking to deploy capital in the UK office market, or capitalise on market condition for a sale. It has also helped him win recent instructions with both global occupiers Broadcom and Microsoft to dispose of assets in their portfolio.
