Andrew joined the Valuation & Advisory department in 2018 and has experience in the valuation of all commercial property assets throughout the UK specialising in the office, industrial, and retail sectors. His principal role is to provide valuation advice to major Institutional Investment Houses, Pension Funds and Property Unit Trusts for both unit pricing and secured lending purposes. He is the fund co‐ordinator for a number of clients including CCLA, AEW, Cornerstone and Arlington. Previously, Andrew worked for The Pennon Group having joined as a graduate. He provided a range of advice across all aspects of the real estate market including landlord and tenant issues and the purchase and disposal of assets.
