Orlando joined knight Frank in 2015 and is an associate within the London Residential Development department based in Baker Street. He focuses on the acquisition and disposal of residential and mixed-use development and investment opportunities across central and north London.
He advises clients on a range of deal structures including conditional, unconditional, joint ventures and partnerships.
He also advises clients on the viability of potential scheme across a range of alternative exits, including build to sell, build to rent, affordable package deals, Co-living and purpose build student accommodation.
Orlando has advised on a number of high-profile acquisitions and disposals across central and north London.
