Simon oversees an Investment/Regeneration client portfolio of 80 mixed use properties and a large mixed use business park for the Duke of Northumberland in the North East Region responsible for all aspects of Facilities Management. This is delivered via eight other Knight Frank Promise Employees and our preferred contractors.
He has experience initially from the Hotel industry internationally and Facilities Services in the London/South East before moving into the Property Management (FM) sector in 2006. Relocated from the South East in 2008 to Newcastle upon Tyne and recently appointed Associate Director in November 2015.
