Samantha Bysouth

Samantha joined Knight Frank in the role of Applicant Manager in 2012 and was promoted to negotiator in 2014. Samantha was brought up and lives in Warwick, having attended King's High School for Girls in the town. Samantha has an in depth knowledge of the area and specialises in the sale of town houses in Stratford upon Avon, Warwick, Kenilworth and Leamington Spa. Samantha has excellent communication and interpersonal skills which she has used to great effect in both her applicant management and negotiator role. She is excellent at building relationships and has received wonderful feedback from both vendors and purchasers. Outside of work, Samantha enjoys cooking and socialising. She loves her cars and has completed her advanced driving course.
