Fiona has worked in the City market since 2007 and was made a Partner at Knight Frank in 2015. She is involved in
all lease advisory matters but focusses on negotiating rent reviews for landlords and tenants. She works with
Simon Austen ﴾Head of Central London Lease Advisory﴿ and shares responsibilities on larger instructions whilst
also managing her own case load.
Aside from rent reviews, Fiona negotiates lease renewals and lease re‐gears, and provides due diligence advice
to agency and investment colleagues in relation to heads of terms documents and draft leases.
