James joined Knight Frank in 2007 and is a Department Head within the City and East Residential Development department based in the City of London.
He is responsible for the land agency team that focuses on the acquisition and disposal of residential and mixed use development and investment opportunities across the City, East London, South East London and East Anglian region. This includes deal structures on a conditional, unconditional, Joint Venture and Partnership basis.

He also advises clients on the viability of potential schemes as well as commenting on feasibility options and how to achieve maximum value.

James has advised numerous vendors and puchasers on development opportunities, and since joining Knight Frank, has been involved in a number of high profile sites sales and instructions across London and the City and East regions.
