Julian has worked in the Central London Office market since 1993 and is Head of West End Tenant Representation and specialises in advising occupiers on setting their corporate occupational objectives in terms of strategy through to executing any associated transaction. In addition Julian’s role is to assist clients in mitigating all direct and indirect property costs.
He was worked with a number of significant transactions in the West End including Egon Zehnder’s recent prelet acquisition of a new Headquarters at Nova South one of the preeminent Executive Search consultants, negotiating the relocation for TotalJobs from two sites into one “turnkey” solution at the BlueFin Building, providing ongoing advice to Brown Rudnick (for circa 20 years) a leading Boston Based Law Firm, restructuring Carlyle’s occupational leases at Lansdowne House, working with Informa to rationalize its 8 Central London holdings and secure a new HQ function at 5 Howick Place
