We have in house design capabilities and offer a full range of design, contract administration and project management services. Our strong relationships with a wide range of specialist sub consultants, from structural engineers to interior designers means we can also assemble a complete project team to deliver all pre and post contract services. Building Surveys, Due Diligence and Monitoring Services:

The process starts from the moment we are engaged when we begin our review of a buildings asbestos management records. We also undertake the role of principal designer (under CDM 2015) and have planning and listed building expertise.
