Emma Reynolds joined Knight Frank at the beginning of 2018 bringing with her more than 10 years’ experience delivering property asset management for a range of high profile clients on both a national and regional level. Previously Emma has worked for Cushman & Wakefield, Intu and The Emerson Group.
Emma’s experience has covered property management service delivery for both occupier and investment clients and has focused on cultivating strong relationships to identify innovative opportunities and drive asset enhancement. She is experienced in day to day management, including the management and preparation of service charge budgets, building occupier relationships, and lease management.
Previously Emma worked extensively on the management of retail property including high street, shopping centres and retail parks for clients including The Crown Estate, Hammerson and Aviva Investors, whilst also having experience in dealing with asset management of Retail Parks, for The Emerson Group.
