Emma is a Partner in Knight Frank’s Capital Advisory Team focusing on Equity Advisory. Emma is a real estate finance specialist with extensive legal, financial and commercial expertise.
Recent equity raises include a Pan-European logistics fundraise, pipeline capital for a UK BTR platform and an equity raise for a UK multi-phase regeneration project.
Before joining Knight Frank, Emma was general counsel at the developer Argent Related. Prior to this she spent 10 years in front office roles at Deutsche Bank specialising in commercial real estate. She is a qualified solicitor and spent 9 years at CMS Cameron McKenna.
