Jonny joined Knight Frank in December 2020 and is the head of the Build to Rent Funding team. Prior to Knight Frank, Jonny spent a decade working on the client side as a developer in both the commercial and residential sectors. He led design teams across multiple London boroughs delivering planning consents for over 2,500 purpose built BTR units and over 5 million sqft of commercial space. His experience in the BTR sector is unique in the agency world. Jonny created a BTR brand and operational platform from scratch, working up the brand standards, acquiring sites and running projects directly. His hands on knowledge and developer expertise enables him to opine on projects from inception to completion. Jonny understands the process required to deliver outstanding developments and the fundamentals that sit behind achieving these through effective cost management.
