Jon leads the South West and Wales rating team providing strategic advice to reduce liability, provide accurate and reliable accrual advice, and to mitigate the impact of empty rates liability across client’s portfolios across all sectors in the region.
Jon is responsible for managing and coordinating the rating team’s delivery of services to specialist industrial clients with responsibility for performance and delivery strategy.
With a specialist knowledge within heavy industry sectors Jon has worked with leading clients within the petrochemical, utilities, manufacturing, infrastructure and steel industries providing reliable, valuable advice and achieving significant savings. Jon has significant experience in dealing with specialist building types valued using the contractors and the receipts and
expenditure basis of valuation.
