David is head of the Residential Investment Valuation team at Knight Frank LLP and the principal signatory for all residential investment valuations across the firm.
David and the team are highly experienced in advising across a broad range of different residential investment properties, which includes the emerging Build to Rent (BTR) sector.
The team provide Valuations for all types of purposes including secured lending, financial reporting, tax, accounts, and acquisition, and act on behalf of a range of clients including major institutional investors, multi-national lenders and debt providers, private investors, developers, REITs, charities and property companies.
David’s key clients include LGIM, Abrdn, Invesco, Long Harbour, Aviva, Citigroup, JP Morgan, Pimco, AIG and Natwest.
