Drew leads the Project and Building Consultancy service line within Knight Frank Birmingham. Having qualified in 2001, Drew has over 21 years of experience and is responsible for providing both professional and project services to a wide range of public and private sector investor and occupier clients.
He has experience in all aspects of commercial building surveying, covering pre-acquisition/technical due diligence for purchaser and vendor; dilapidations negotiations for both landlord and tenant; party walls; project management and employers agent; contract administration; project & development monitoring.
As a RICS Registered Valuer, He provides valuation services of specialised property assets such as hospitals; airports; education for financial reporting using the Depreciated Replacement Cost method of valuation.
Based in Birmingham, Drew initially joined DTZ Debenham Tie Leung as a graduate, then moving to Atisreal (now BNP Paribas) before re-joining DTZ as an Associate Director, joining Knight Frank in 2015.
