Laura joined Knight Frank in December 2013 originally in our Battersea & Riverside Office. For the past 8 years Laura has been working in Prime Central London positioned within the Kensington & Chelsea Teams. She has been predominantly focusing on prime rentals and building relationships with private individuals, trusts, HNWI and UNWIs, portfolio landlords and companies. This has given Laura her in-depth knowledge and she has engaged in some superb tenancies from tiny studio apartments to spectacular townhouses, including those famous houseboats along Cheyne Walk and Cadogan Pier.
In 2023, having worked across all areas of the market including Super Prime properties, she has joined the Wimbledon team and continues to have a talent for letting houses off-market, working closely with our specialist desks to house blue-chip companies, embassies, sports persons and high-profile actors and actresses.
Laura takes great pride in maintaining relationships with both her landlords and her tenants as well as being a fundamental component to the team atmosphere.
