Michael joined Knight Frank in 2010 and provides portfolio valuations for a wide range of institutional investors and property companies as well as secured lending valuations on behalf of various banks.
Michael has over 15 years of experience covering all commercial property sectors and currently specialises in the valuation of South East and regional offices.
Prior to joining Knight Frank, Michael was an Associate Director at Jones Lang LaSalle where he was principally involved in providing valuation advice and undertaking due diligence for a range of Pan European clients.
Michael is directly responsible for client liaison and co‐ordinating the valuations for the ProLogis European Logistics.
