He is commercially minded, consistently providing innovative and highly effective strategic advice to clients on minimising their exposure to business rates across their property portfolio, including specialist advice on empty rates mitigation strategies.
Specialising in the West End and City office sectors, he is currently the retained adviser to numerous large corporate central London occupiers, developers and property owners, but has experience of valuing all classes of property throughout the UK, including corporate HQ office buildings and high value prime retail/restaurant premises, through to more specialist categories such as Serviced Offices, Hotels, Car Parks, Garden Centres, large industrials (200,000 sq ft +) etc
