Edwin Fourie joined Knight Frank in 2006 as Facilities Manager in the Property Asset
Management department. He has been involved with a wide range of commercial multi‐tenanted properties. In 2010 he was promoted to Director of FM Services ﴾South﴿. His role requires him to take responsibility for a large portfolio of properties based in various locations outside of London. Duties for these sites include the management of Health & Safety, budget preparation and presentation, contract monitoring and contract tendering for Hard & Soft Services and Mechanical & Electrical.
