Genuinely changed my impression of estate agents! Our sale and purchase has been far from straightforward but Mark was exceptional from start to finish. Great attention to detail, excellent advice, always responsive and highly professional. I honestly believe he made the difference between completing the sale and not. I have no intention of ever moving again but if I did, I wouldn't think twice about using Knight Frank.

In the autumn of 2021, we asked Knight Frank to act for us on the sale of our cottage in Bramley. Within a couple of weeks, a buyer was found. After a month or so, the buyer pulled out and we were faced with starting again to find a buyer. Shaun at Knight Frank told us that the market was slowing down and whilst he was confident of finding another buyer for our cottage, he was concerned that we may not find a suitable property. He told us that we were his top priority and advised us to take the property off the market until after Christmas. We put the property back on the market after Christmas and it realised more than the asking price. In total, Knight Frank hosted around 40 viewings of the property. I can't praise these guys enough. First class in every respect. Fantastic attitude, communication and customer focus. Great team led by a top bloke.

My parents purchased a house being sold through Knight Frank. As they lived in France at the time it was hard for them to see the house before purchase in person. As I live here, I was therefore the communication link between my parents and the estate agent. Knight Frank, in particular Shaun Hobbs in the Basingstoke branch, were very understanding about the situation and patiently allowed me to video house visits and asks hundreds of questions to make sure nothing was missed. They were excellent at keeping both me and my parents up to date through the whole process. We were aware that there were other people interested in the house and who were also making offers, but it never felt like a bidding war. At all times we felt like we were being treated fairly and honestly. It was a pleasure to work with Shaun and his team and I would both use their services again and recommend them to others.
