We were struggling to sell our house with one estate agent and met Mitchell whilst viewing one of his properties. We quickly switched to Knight and Frank and from the start you could see they were invested in helping us sell our home. Donna came out after a couple of months as we hadn't had a viewing to check the property over for herself so she could get a feel for it and be able to speak to potential buyers. We quickly had viewings and all were positive with a view to placing an offer - after 6 months we accepted an offer and moved last week. The process was made so much easier by Mitchell and Donna and even our solicitor commented that we had made the right decision with choosing Knight and Frank as they were so efficient and proactive.
