We've just purchased a property from Knight Frank Shrewsbury. We received excellent service from the whole team but a big shout out to Tom who was our main contact. Nothing has been too much trouble, emails answered late at night. Every query dealt with efficiently and professionally. Can't recommend highly enough. We never plan on moving again but if we did, we would definitely use Knight Frank.

We have bought and sold many properties, and can truthfully say that our experience with KF Shrewsbury probably ranks as the best. We were made to feel that we were their only clients (at what was a very busy time for the office), and that nothing was too much trouble. She introduced us to the delightful vendors and 3 months later we were in… looking back now we really appreciate all the hard work and liaising she must have done across the parties to have got us here so quickly and relatively painlessly! It may initially seem strange to be leaving a five-star review when Knight Frank weren't able to sell my house, yet in doing so this perhaps underlines the strength of support and service we received from Fiona at KF during the rather traumatic summer months of 2023. Selling a house is not easy, even for the perceived 'big boys', and trying to sell a house in a slump is harder still. So though collectively we were unsuccessful we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fiona for guiding us so graciously through the process. On hand at all times, she was also honest, professional, and cared as much about us as a family as she did about the house.

Ok, so where do I start. I’m a property investor and developer of 35 years and consequently property agents play a vital role in my business. Sadly, through bitter experience, I have learnt to view estate agents as pretty useless until they prove otherwise. And I’m happy to say that when I met Tom Wright ten years ago and subsequently his colleague Fiona MacLiam from Knight Frank Shropshire, they have most certainly proved otherwise. During this time, firstly Tom and more recently Fiona have been so incredibly helpful with all my property needs, giving hours and hours of invaluable advice and managing the process to a level above and beyond what I would expect. They have always acted with absolute integrity, professionalism and grace with laser-like focus on the process. I would simply not entertain using anyone else, period. Fiona has been lead on my last two sales and has, I can honestly say, built even further on what Tom started and on what estate agency is, or at least should really be about - being there wholeheartedly before, during and after a sale or purchase and adding significant, tangible value to the process i.e. earning their keep and more. I don’t believe my latest sale would have either materialised in the first place, or made it through to completion without Fiona - this is the absolute, real value of agents in my opinion and without this level of service and expertise, what’s the point of even having an agent - just a rather expensive cost on your completion statement. Fiona (and Tom) are exceptional in the true sense of the word - of the many, many agents I have dealt with over the years, the difference between them and others is night and day. Not only have they restored my faith in the value of an estate agent, they have shown me that there is far, far more that an agent can and should bring to the table - but they have to be exceptional to justify the cost, which Fiona and Tom certainly are. We have just listed with the Knight Frank - Shrewsbury and can hostly say that we have never felt more at ease about selling a property. Our agent and there team took all the stress out of the whole process and there work and expertise where more than professionals.
