In a challenging market, and through complex and protracted negotiations, The team were supportive and proactive. In 2006 we bought a beautiful character house in Sherfield on Loddon via Knight Frank. So, when we decided to move in 2024, there was no decision to be made as to who should handle the marketing and sale. Despite a very short chain, it became a fraught process exacerbated by the stamp duty deadline. However, Hugo was an absolute star, tirelessly pulling together all parties, finding solutions and working the process. Never once did we need to chase him, he was always looking ahead and keeping us (and our buyers) up to date.
