A challenging transaction made possible by Knight Frank. I bought via the selling agents Knight Frank. My own sale transaction turned into the stuff of nightmares and took 7 months to complete! Throughout this time I dealt with Michael Houlden at the Cambridge office of Knight Frank. Michael was brilliant throughout and had to do rather a lot of placating of his understandably increasingly anxious sellers. He’d check in with from time to time and always offer sensible, but not overbearing, advice on how I might resolve the various obstacles in the way of my own sale. On top of that Michael always responded immediately to any queries I had.
