People say that buying or selling a house can be one of the most stressful, sometimes even traumatic, experiences. Selling a house on behalf of my mother, when I live 250 miles away had the potential for this to be be true. We chose Knight Frank in Tunbridge Wells to help us through the sale as my mother had asked for a valuation some years earlier and was very impressed with their professionalism. From the beginning of the process Ross gave us confidence that he and his team would almost hand hold us through the sale and this they did. We received continual updates from Michelle, Rachel, Clare and Rabby; my mother was even visited at the care home in which is now a resident, to help move things along smoothly. We have now just exchanged contracts on the house in what was, in my experience, the smoothest, easiest and most pleasant house sale possible. Saying “thank-you” to them for what they achieved for my mother does not express the gratitude we feel.

We put our house for sale with Knight Frank towards beginning of April 2023. The level of service we received was excellent. I was introduced to Simon Biddulph of Knight Frank (Tunbridge Wells) in May 2022 when we instructed him to market our farm / small holding property in Colemans Hatch. For a number of reasons this was a difficult property to market, and the sale process itself was very complex. Simon Biddulph having found a buyer was absolutely critical in the sale process. His great strength was communication and acting as the interface between us and the buyers. But for his efforts the sale would never have been concluded. By coincidence Knight Frank later on 2022 were marketing a property in Chuck Hatch; which precisely met our requirements in moving from Colemans Hatch. Simon Biddulph once again guided us through the sale process, and we can safely say once again but for his critical participation, in what was a purchase not without complications, we would not have secured the property. We have since recommended Knight Frank (Simon Biddulph) in the marketing of another property within the area, to which they have now been instructed, and a further property, both substantial, that will come to market in the coming markets. By way of summary Simon Biddulph has been the key element to our two successful property transactions within the last 12 months, and we can’t recommend him highly enough.

My experience with Ross and Grace from Tunbridge was perfect. We have moved so many times and this was by far the smoothest.
