I worked with Mark Waldron on our sale and purchase through Knight Frank in Sevenoaks and I can’t recommend him highly enough. Through the process I’ve interacted with a few agency’s around the town and honest he’s head and shoulders above the rest - knowledgeable, helpful, responsive and friendly. The KF machine runs really efficiently and I’m certainly a happy customer.

Dealt with Mark Waldron on the sale of our house in Riverhead. I would highly recommend both Mark and Knight Frank. Right from the initial valuation appointment, mark gave really solid advice on how to maximise the marketing of the house to achieve the best price in a reasonable timescale. This was in summer 2023 and a difficult market to sell in. Knight Frank got lots of interest in the house and had multiple offers. This was because we followed Marks pricing advice and they put together some really lovely photos, brochures and adverts. We did have issues with our first buyer, who messed us around. Mark spotted this quickly and he was replaced with another buyer within a week. Mark has supported us through the post sale process, always happy to help speak with buyers, solicitors and other agents. We've just sold through Knight Frank (James Storey) and were delighted. We went with James/KF because they focused on evidencing why they thought we would get the asking price, rather than the well known competitor who focused on why the same proposed asking price was likely to be difficult to achieve. While buying, we came across the competitor again - Knight Frank were way better. James was professional, calm and tenacious throughout and we felt our interests were properly looked after. We never lacked for attention; nor honest assessment of challenges we had in the process; and so felt well-informed and well advised at all times. Mostly, we felt Knight Frank were really interested, unlike other agents we have used who wanted the fee but didn't want to earn it.
