Why choose us?

Cambridge is known for its world famous and well-respected university, its historical architecture and punting on the river. This East Anglian city has so much to offer. As you walk around the attractive city, you can’t help but think of those who have trodden the well-worn paths beforehand. It dates back to pre-historic times and became an important trading centre in the Roman era.

Cambridge has produced more Nobel Prize winners than anywhere else, as well as scholars, poets, politicians, musicians and more.

It may be steeped in history, but Cambridge is playing a big part in shaping our future too. Its home to pharmaceutical giants, innovative life science and high tech industries.

Our local experts extol the virtues of Cambridge and the surrounding rural areas. They have great insights into the area, along with an impressive network of connections and a passion for the place. They’re here to support you with your property needs – whatever they may be.

Further out, you can expect more new build developments in attractive locations. To the south west you’ll find Grantchester (made famous by the TV drama) and Trumpington which are ideal spots for family life, within easy reach of the city centre. There are also many attractive villages within close proximity.
