Despite the back drop of political uncertainty, the M25, Thames Valley and wider South East market marches on – against such headwinds there are a surprising number of positives to take, but still questions to ask and answer.

Our report this year focuses on the ten key questions posed most regularly by you, our clients. Here we give you our answers to questions such as:

  • Which sectors will generate occupational demand in the South East?
  • Are flexible offices the future or a future problem?
  • Are we heading towards a supply squeeze as a result of current uncertainty?
  • What is the 'Brain Belt' and why investors should take note
  • Where would our clients relocate to in the South East and why?

The region is growing and jobs created by the sectors identified in this report will drive demand. Rental growth continues to rise while supply levels hit a crunch point.

With or without Brexit, the region is showing a robust level of performance and your questions can be answered with a sense of positivity, perhaps pointing to more prosperous times ahead.

For more information on any of the points raised in the report contact our dedicated  M25 and South East Offices team headed by Emma Goodford.
