Our Early Career Stories

Shingie Mupfigo

Negotiator, London

I’m continuously challenged to reach my full potential here at Knight Frank

I decided to leave my Rugby Academy course to pursue an apprenticeship in Residential Property Letting and Management. It took me nine months to find the right one, but Knight Frank was worth the wait!

Property appealed to me as I liked the idea of being able to learn while being actively involved in helping people around the world to find a suitable home. The apprenticeship scheme has seen me work alongside ambitious and inspiring people who challenge me to reach my full potential and think about my long-term goals. I’m now also involved in Knight Frank’s graduate and apprenticeship project, speaking at schools and colleges to share my experience and encourage others to consider pursuing a career in property.
