She is very polite, kind and fair. She knows the property very well, while quite a lot of agents don’t know about the properties that they escort viewers to. The best point of her is that she responds to us so promptly via WhatsApp etc. I believe that this is the most important thing for flat-hunting in London without any stress. She also understands what the landlord really needs. This is helpful for landlords of course, but also very helpful for tenant candidates by preventing from making an offer that the landlord cannot accept. I really recommend her to both property hunters and landlords.

The best service than other agents I’ve dealt with by far from Knight Frank and specifically Freddie Harries. He has managed to arrange the viewing for me at a short notice, very quick, and after working hours and even provided me with the contact details for the vendor as the viewing was on Saturday, very efficient and professional . I would definitely recommend if you want a professional prompt agent to deal with your sale !

He has brought up any tenant issues promptly, and has worked diligently to resolve them. He is also very responsive on any issues we bring up.
