After meeting several estate agents and getting valuations from all them, we were immediately impressed by Knight Franks professional and friendly approach plus their positive response to our property. Although we waited quite a long time to decide to proceed, Knight Frank were understanding, realistic, efficient and professional throughout. They prepared marketing materials, gave clear information about pricing, targeted appropriate clients for our property throughout a very difficult time. Florence Biss was our main contact and we cannot rate her highly enough, great communication, positive throughout and always responsive to our concerns. We ultimately achieved a positive outcome to a very complicated sale of house, land and outbuildings which I am not sure we would have achieved with some of the other companies. I am happy to recommend Knight Frank

We have been very happy with the service we received from Knight Frank and would have no hesitation in recommending them. Everyone we dealt with at Knight Frank was professional and helpful and liaison between the team was excellent. If we called and our contact agent wasn’t available, the other staff were fully aware of what was going on with our transaction and were able to help. Throughout the process their staff kept in touch with the buyers, sellers and the conveyancing teams and let us know the latest developments. This clear communication made the whole process less stressful and kept everything moving towards a successful conclusion.

We have recently purchased a house via Knight Frank’s Exeter Office. We are overjoyed to be in our new home and cannot thank Florence Biss enough for all her hard work. The purchase wasn’t straight forward but Florence kept everything on track and guided both sides through to a successful completion. Thank you so much!!

As a buying agent, we see the full range of selling agents, some of whom, given the choice, we would prefer not to deal with again. At the other end of the spectrum are Louise Glanville and her team at the Exeter office. From initial viewings right through to exchange of contracts, they have been the epitome of professionalism. Our 18th deal with Knight Frank, and our dealings with Louise and her team leave us hoping for many more.

Recently exchanged on my Property with completion 7days from now…I only instructed Knight Frank in early January and anticipated period of the usual frustrations that go with ‘The Territory’ I was and am delighted that the stage I am at this early! Obviously you need The Property Gods to be in your Team and I feel that initially was the case however when turbulence occur as they Always do then the Professionalism of Agency is truly tested and in this regard KF we’re not found wanting! Their structure of Operation..the Personnel within that structure..Communication Skills…Proactive and Positive attitude..all in great supply when needed most.To Louise and her team at Exeter thank you..well done!!! A special thank you to Rachel Hancock out of Bristol who ‘Took on’ my House and in effect Nursed it from cradle to grave and drove forward any obstacle with great skill and determination. I am Rachel so impressed with your work and so grateful to you 😊 Regards to you all Bob Ring

It’s had to put into a few words just how professional your team have been Floss & Hamish & crew. It’s one of the most difficult choices to make picking an estate agent by luck and a bit of judgement we cracked it bullseye we made the right chose. We can’t thank you guys enough 👌 Thank you.

Brilliant Stars in the Knight We have brought and sold houses moving across England East Anglia – Wiltshire - Cornwall - Devon many times over four decades. Knight Frank - Excellence with the highest possible professional standards of integrity, trust and genuine care delivered by their Exeter Office team– notably Florence, Racheal, Leonie, Rebecca. In fact, the whole team. They found us two suitable buyers within a week! Their conduct was exemplary in terms of communicating, empathy, reassuring and reality – an estate agency which genuinely understands the emotions and needs of people as well as the practical aspects of selling homes. They are second to none – ‘Knights to be trusted' - professional decent agents who can effectively secure a sale with the least amount of stress. Communicating and engaging throughout the whole conveyance - always there. Keeping us informed. Knight Frank Exeter has a brilliant business ethos balancing, with integrity, the buyers and sellers’ emotions and needs to their own business purpose. To them customers really do come first. We even received a hamper from them on exchange - it is us who should be giving them a hamper! Highly recommended – I just hope we can now buy from them! Thank you, Knight Frank Exeter Team, – you are all 'Stars in the Knight’.

We found the Exeter branch to be most professional and helpful throughout the whole sale process. Florence was so approachable and went above and beyond - I can’t praise her tenacity, dedication and determination enough to get us from offer to our exchange date! Everyone in the office was helpful - Leonie contacted us immediately for viewings and Rachel ensured the sale process was as smooth as possible. Sarah carried out viewings - courteous, fun and professional at all times. Would use Knight Frank if Exeter again without a doubt.
