After having had no success selling our house with two other agents, one a small local one and the other a large chain, we chose Knight Frank because they had recently sold a similar house to ours on our development. The initial valuation meeting with Adam and Maisie was very positive and we were impressed by their suggestion of marketing our house as a six bedroom house with extra reception rooms rather than as an eight bedroom house. We received updates every two weeks and a written report every month and although it took over a year from first putting our home on the market before we finally exchanged contracts, Maisie and then Victoria when she joined the team kept our hope up that we would sell.
