Specialising in development and investment work primarily in the City, West End, Mid‐Town, Docklands and Southwark markets, Andrew has considerable experience in development, corporate representation, investment agency and asset rationalisation. As a mixed use specialist, Andrew regularly works with Residential Development, Hotels and Public Sector Departments of Knight Frank. Andrew regularly acts as an Independent Expert in relation to Development, Valuation and Rights of Light (s203/s237).
